Usage tips :
– Hot: in “classic” tea, infuse 1 sachet in a teapot or a thermos.
– Cold: as an “ice tea” health drink for the day, prepare a thermos of hot water, infuse 1 sachet, cool, place in the refrigerator and drink cold during the day.
